Stress is a people’s disease: the workers get the stress of having too many chores, the unemployed to have too few.
Time calls for us to have a number of tools at hand that we can intervene when we are under pressure.

If we practice using stress symptoms as a cue to do something good for the body, stress can be a reminder of practicing that makes it easier to feel ourselves, think clearly and get new ideas.
