Researchers, mystics and trend analysts report that we witness a paradigm shift similar to when we went from believing Earth was flat to know it’s round.
This change can be characterized as a shift from a more yang-dominated era into a more yin-oriented era where everything from products to value systems and ways of working and living changes in basic ways.
Here are some examples of fundamental shift:
*From local to glocal
* From classical mechanical physics to quantum physics
*From production to innovation
* From time management to energy management
* From competition to cooperation
*From head to heart
This shift requires an “upgrade” of our thinking, habits and actions, both at home, at work and in the world.
The problem is that most people still try to solve the 21st century problems of the 20th century thinking.
It just does not work.
In the 20th century, both men and women most used their “yang” muscles: the rational mind, the linear thinking, and the pursuit of power and external signs of success.

WHAT DOES THIS SHIFT MEAN FOR YOU?
Whether you are male or female: unless you are able to connect with your feminine essence, you will be struggling to lead in the coming years.
For the leadership required in the next couple of decades, leadership is bringing people together.
A leadership that unites and connects requires the ability to show compassion, the ability to listen, the ability to care, the ability to inspire and the ability to turn on the light in others.
These are all feminine values, whether or not they are recognized as such.
Regardless of your gender, you have equal access to these abilities as long as you have chosen to be aware of them.
You can still be a strong man who loves football and goes out with the boys, but when it’s going to be a leader in this new age, you must connect with your feminine values that are about to gather rather than to separate .
This is established in modern management discourses today: we are no longer in a time when top-down management is appropriate, we are no longer in a period when directive management works.
We live for a time that requires team building and cooperation.
Male or female leader regardless: all leaders must be able to draw on the built-in feminine energies without losing or weakening the masculine muscles.
All sexes need an equal amount of yin and yang to be well functioning and create a whole.
I work with executives because businesses, organizations and communities consist of people.
And people with natural leadership leadership are those who have the power to influence and co-operate with the new one.
